These Terms of Use govern your use of ArcaThread.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using ArcaThread, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited remain unaffected.

2. The service

ArcaThread provides small online tools for tasks such as:

• text processing
• image processing and conversion
• PDF manipulation
• QR-code generation
• calculations
• extracting or transforming publicly accessible webpage content
• generating webpage screenshots

The available tools may change over time.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the public ArcaThread tools are provided without an account and without charge.

3. Local and server-side processing

Many ArcaThread tools operate entirely inside your browser.

Some webpage tools require ArcaThread's server-side infrastructure to retrieve the public URL you submit and process the returned webpage.

A tool that requires server-side webpage access may transmit the submitted URL to ArcaThread's render service.

Do not submit:

• private or authenticated URLs
• internal network addresses
• URLs containing passwords, access tokens or session identifiers
• confidential documents or information
• content you are not legally permitted to process

4. Your responsibility for submitted content and URLs

You are responsible for the URLs, files, text and other material you choose to process using ArcaThread.

You must ensure that your use of ArcaThread and any resulting output complies with applicable law and third-party rights.

You may not use ArcaThread to:

• infringe copyright, database rights, trademarks or other intellectual-property rights
• circumvent paywalls, authentication, access controls or technical restrictions
• obtain or process information you are not authorised to access
• process personal data unlawfully
• distribute unlawful, harmful or malicious content
• facilitate fraud, abuse or other illegal activity
• interfere with, probe, attack or attempt to compromise ArcaThread or another system
• use ArcaThread as a proxy for accessing private or restricted network resources

ArcaThread's technical safeguards do not replace your legal responsibility for your use of the service.

5. Public webpage tools and third-party websites

ArcaThread's webpage tools are intended for publicly accessible webpages.

When you request a webpage conversion, extraction or screenshot, ArcaThread may contact the source website from ArcaThread's server-side infrastructure.

The source website remains independent from ArcaThread.

MKP Digital:

• does not claim ownership of third-party webpage content
• does not grant you rights to third-party content
• is not responsible for the source website's availability, terms, content or privacy practices
• does not guarantee that use of a source website through ArcaThread is permitted by that website's terms

You are responsible for determining whether you may lawfully use, copy, transform, download or redistribute the source content.

6. Intellectual property

ArcaThread's name, original website design, source code, original written content, branding and other materials created by or for MKP Digital are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Except where a separate licence explicitly applies, you may not reproduce, sell, sublicense or commercially redistribute ArcaThread itself or substantial parts of its original implementation without permission.

Using ArcaThread to process your own material does not transfer ownership of that material to MKP Digital.

MKP Digital does not claim ownership of files, text or URLs you submit merely because you use an ArcaThread tool.

7. Generated output

ArcaThread generates outputs automatically based on the input and selected tool.

You are responsible for reviewing the output before relying on, publishing or distributing it.

Outputs may be:

• incomplete
• truncated
• incorrectly formatted
• technically incompatible with a target system
• based on inaccurate source material
• unsuitable for an official or regulated purpose

ArcaThread does not certify that generated images, passport-photo dimensions, PDFs, calculations or other outputs satisfy the requirements of any authority, platform, employer, financial institution or third party.

8. Calculators and informational tools

ArcaThread calculators provide estimates based on the values you enter.

They do not constitute financial, tax, accounting, legal or other professional advice.

You remain responsible for verifying calculations that affect contracts, pricing, tax, regulatory filings or other material decisions.

9. Availability and changes

MKP Digital may:

• modify a tool
• add or remove functionality
• impose reasonable technical limits
• suspend a tool for maintenance or security reasons
• discontinue all or part of ArcaThread

ArcaThread is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or permanent availability.

10. Security and abuse prevention

MKP Digital may block or restrict requests where reasonably necessary to:

• protect ArcaThread
• prevent abuse
• enforce these terms
• comply with law
• protect third parties or infrastructure

Attempts to bypass technical restrictions or security controls are prohibited.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

ArcaThread is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MKP Digital does not guarantee that:

• every tool will be error-free
• every result will be complete or accurate
• every file format will be supported
• a third-party webpage can be fetched or rendered
• generated output will satisfy a particular external requirement
• the service will always be available

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MKP Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of ArcaThread, including loss caused by:

• reliance on an inaccurate output
• loss or corruption of a local file
• third-party website content
• inability to access a tool
• misuse of generated content
• a user's failure to comply with third-party rights or legal requirements

You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important files and verifying important results.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by mandatory law.

13. Privacy

Personal-data processing associated with ArcaThread is described in the Privacy Policy.

Cookie and browser-storage practices are described in the Cookie Policy.

14. Suspension or termination of access

MKP Digital may restrict or block access to ArcaThread where there is a reasonable basis to believe that a user is:

• abusing the service
• attempting to compromise security
• using the service unlawfully
• causing material disruption to the service or third parties

15. Changes to these terms

These Terms of Use may be updated when ArcaThread's functionality, legal obligations or operating model changes.

The current version will be published on ArcaThread with an updated date.

Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Danish law, excluding conflict-of-law rules to the extent legally permitted.

If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you remain unaffected.

Any dispute will be subject to the competent Danish courts unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring the dispute in another jurisdiction.
