Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ArcaThread ("the Service"), operated by MKP Digital (CVR: 45731170), Trygsvej 1.D, 8230 Aabyhoj, Denmark, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ArcaThread is a League of Legends companion application that provides live, adaptive recommendations based on available game state data. The Service reads publicly available information from Riot-approved sources and does not modify game files or automate gameplay.

3. Riot Games Compliance

ArcaThread is designed to comply with Riot Games' Third-Party Tool Policy. The Service:

Only uses data from approved/public interfaces
Does not modify, inject, or hook into the game process
Does not provide automation, scripting, or hidden-information tooling
Does not collect Riot account passwords
Is not endorsed by or affiliated with Riot Games

4. User Responsibilities

By using ArcaThread, you agree to:

Use the Service for personal, non-commercial use only
Not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
Not bypass authentication, licensing, or payment controls
Not abuse APIs, scrape, or use bots against the Service
Comply with applicable laws and platform rules

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, designs, logos, and content, is owned by MKP Digital and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

6. Plans and Feature Access

ArcaThread offers Free and Pro plan concepts. Feature access may vary by plan and rollout stage. We may change, reclassify, or retire features and pricing at any time.

7. Subscription and Payment

Paid functionality may require an active subscription where applicable. Payments are handled through our billing provider and/or web flow (including Stripe where applicable).

8. Data Processing and Security Operations

We process authentication data, Riot account linkage data, gameplay/match telemetry, and operational security data (including IP-based rate limiting on backend services) to provide and protect the Service.

The desktop app does not use third-party analytics SDKs. Local diagnostic logs may be stored on your device for troubleshooting and reliability.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect platform integrity and users.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MKP DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Danish courts.
