1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ArcaThread ("the Service"), operated by MKP Digital (CVR: 45731170), Trygsvej 1.D, 8230 Åbyhøj, Denmark, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ArcaThread is a League of Legends companion application that provides live, adaptive item build recommendations based on real-time game state data. The Service reads publicly available information from the League Client Update (LCU) API and does not modify game files or interact with the game process.

3. Riot Games Compliance

ArcaThread is designed to comply with Riot Games' Third-Party Tool Policy. The Service:

  • Only reads publicly available data from the LCU API
  • Does not modify, inject, or hook into the League of Legends game process
  • Does not provide automation, scripting, or gameplay advantages
  • Does not collect or store Riot account credentials
  • Is not endorsed by or affiliated with Riot Games

ArcaThread and its operators are not responsible for any changes to Riot Games' policies that may affect the Service's compliance status.

4. User Responsibilities

By using ArcaThread, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for personal use — you may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or its output
  • Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Service's source code
  • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, logos, and content, is owned by MKP Digital and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

League of Legends and all related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. ArcaThread acknowledges and respects all third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Subscription and Payment

Premium features are available through subscription:

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Payment is processed through Stripe
  • Refunds may be available within 14 days of purchase
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, but any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCATHREAD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE, IF ANY.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
